03 Mar Savory Sautéed Shrimp
|Serves 2 to 6 |
1 pound “peeled & deveined” jumbo shrimp
|Over medium heat, place in a skillet the oil, wine, garlic, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss or mix in the skillet. The cooking time is approximately 5 minutes or until the shrimp becomes opaque or translucent.|
The shrimp should be served with parsley as a garnish.
• These delicious shrimp are wonderful when served over a crisp green salad or on top of my Arugula & Basil Pesto Spaghetti.
