Savory Sautéed Shrimp

Serves 2 to 6

1 pound “peeled & deveined” jumbo shrimp
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 “finely chopped” and peeled garlic cloves
¼ cup white wine (Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio preferred)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Italian parsley “finely chopped” for garnish

Over medium heat, place in a skillet the oil, wine, garlic, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and toss or mix in the skillet. The cooking time is approximately 5 minutes or until the shrimp becomes opaque or translucent.

The shrimp should be served with parsley as a garnish.

Diva Tip:

• These delicious shrimp are wonderful when served over a crisp green salad or on top of my Arugula & Basil Pesto Spaghetti.
