Greek Yogurt Sauce – Tzatziki

Serves 4 to 6

2 tablespoons “chopped” fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 “minced” garlic cloves
½ English cucumber “seeded” (minced or grated)
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
Fresh ground pepper and Kosher salt to taste

Simply whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.

This sauce is served chilled.

Diva Tips:

• I prefer to use a food processor to get the sauce perfectly smooth and creamy every time
• Looking to make it even better Epicureans? Drizzle some extra-virgin olive oil along with finely chopped mint (and/or snipped dill) on top before serving.
