Serves 4 to 6 2 tablespoons “chopped” fresh dill 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon zest 3 “minced” garlic cloves ½ English cucumber “seeded” (minced or grated) 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt Fresh ground pepper and Kosher salt to taste | Simply whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
