20 Oct Diva’s Chilean Sea Bass
10-12 oz. “cleaned” Chilean farm-raised sea bass
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh “chopped” Italian parsley
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon fresh basil
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 cloves garlic
¼ teaspoon salt & fresh ground pepper, or to taste
|Preheat oven to 500°F|
Combine the garlic and olive oil in a blender (blend well). The fish should marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Place the fish in a bowl and pour the blender’s mixture all over the fish.
In an oven-ready or flameproof casserole dish, center the fish. Sprinkle the fish with pepper, salt, paprika, and red pepper. Now, put some basil and parsley on top of the fish. Finally, squeeze the lemon juice over the fish, cut the lemon in half, and leave it in the corners of the dish.
The baking time is 25 to 30 minutes.
