01 May Creamy Cucumber Dill Dressing
½ “peeled & chopped” English Cucumber
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon “fresh” lemon juice
¼ teaspoon “dried” dill
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper (or to taste)
1 “minced” garlic clover
Use a blender to thoroughly mix all the ingredients until smooth. Place the dressing in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
- I like to garnish with some fresh dill on top before serving.
- This dressing may be kept for 2 days in the refrigerator.
