Chicken Drumsticks

Serves 2 to 4

6-8 Chicken Drumsticks
Sprinkle to your liking:
o garlic powder
o herb de Provence
o fresh ground pepper or to taste
o Salt lightly (Fleur De Sel or sea salt preferred)
Extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 375°F

Coat the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil. Add the drumsticks to the dish, leaving a little space between each piece. Lightly sprinkle the tops of the chicken with garlic powder, herb de Provence, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes.

Now, turn over the drumsticks and (again) lightly sprinkle the tops with the above.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.

Diva Tips:

• For Epic heat, add chili flakes during the sprinkling steps.
• Infused olive oil adds great additional flavor; rosemary and basil are my favorites.
